There is always a light that appears in the dark.
I write on this site all the time and it usually has something to do with my son, but today I am sharing something truly awesome. On September 8th 2012 the light that appeared in our families life was my first grandchild. She appeared with lots of curly blonde hair and the most precious and beautiful face weighing in at 8 pounds 15 ounces. I instantly fell in love with her. Sometimes the smallest things in life can be the biggest thing that draws everyone together. I just had to share this. Theres always something that sheds hope and joy into ones life.

Congratulations! A new life to love is a great gift from God and is a balm for our wounds. By now your granddaughter is two months old and lighting up your life is untold ways. Your entire family deserves this celebration.

Thank you Beth. I just returned from having my second grandchild that was a boy. I am very lucky and blessed as you say. He was a very big boy weighing 10 pds 5 ozs and my family was all together again. His cousin that is 2 months and one day older is almost the same size. It has been a busy but wonderful week. Bless you and your family.
